Question: What is the lower pee hole behind the prop on a 2002 mercury 125 outboard?

When i run the water muffs on my motor i get the usual pee stream up top but i also have one down low behind the prop.

Just another port. You have exhaust hub outlet for your main water flow plus one additional outlet below the gear box. That should also be the same place all the water drains after you shut everything down as I recall.
