Perhaps a VERY small one. The CRV is rated to tow a maximum of 1500 lbs, including the weight of the trailer.

= = = YES ... it will handle a small boat very well ..... the weight is the worry when you go to back down the boat ramp and pull the boat out of the water ... I suggest that you consider the boat and the boat motor weight and the trailer ... a normal runabout of sixteen feet 16ft. would be about the limit and a lake trip of more than 30 miles and no mountains ... would be fine ... the Honda is a good vehicle and driving speed of about 50mph or less than your state limit for a trailer will save the wear and tear on the car .... please allow plenty of stopping distance and tie the boat to the trailer at the front and rear .... I've seen several boats ON the freeway --- caution is important and I hope that this helps you ...............
