If it floats, you take it. if it doesn't then leave it there. come back tomorrow to make sure it is still there then you wont feel as bad about taking it. but a boat's a boat, they are very handy |

Well first of all if it is not yours or you don't know who's it is then you should report it to the police.If you can't do that then look for a license plate or registration and look it up. |

If its got any numbers on it like registration numbers run them through the dmv and see who last owned it first,then go from their with it,you can't just claim owner ship of it though without trying to find out who owns it,supposing something happened to the owner of it,good luck |

Report it to the coast guard? The boat may have been reported missing. Crew may still be missing. |
