It will of course vary widely based on many factors not the least of which is beam (width). a Voyager 25' pontoon has a max capacity of 16 persons. capacity of a 25' tracker classic is 12 capacity of a 25' tracker regency is 15

Somewhere on the boat there will be a placard with information about the boat. Make, model, s/ n, etc. The placard is usually located on or near the transom (where the motor is mounted), or on or near the control console. This placard will have the load rating and the amount of passengers this boat is certified to carry. This placard is what the DNR will go by if you get stopped. If you are overloaded you could get ticked and fined. The capacity for a pontoon boat this size is going to be around 12 people. However you really need to checkout the rated passenger capacity for the specific boat you will be using to stay legal.

There is a plaque or sticker that tells you that on the Vessel, The links explain it.

NOt sure, but every pleasure boat must have on its hull a tag with that info including max horsepower etc. I don't own a pontoon boat, my brother-in-law does. I always had boston whalers. Check for that tag somewhere, it'll tell ya
