Question: Changing the bilge on a tahoe q4?

Hi, bilge went out on my tahoe q4 and i have no idea where the bilge is or how to get to it. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

The bilge is the lowest point of the inside of the boat where all the water goes they make bilge cleaner or a strong soap if U use the boat the keep soap in there if there is an oil leak than best to have it addressed before pumping it overboard.

Lift up the "doghouse ", it will be about 6 inches from the back of the boat on the very bottom between the stringers.It is and I/ O right?
