I searched and could not find where to hook an anchor on this boat

Splice a brass or stainless steel snap shackle to one end of a short (3 foot or so) line, and a 3 " ring at the other end. When it's time to anchor, attach the shackle to the bow eye (not the deck cleats). To adjust the length of the rode, put a bight of line through the ring, and tie off with a bowline on the bight. You can throw an overhand knot on the bitter end of the bight for added safety. For stowage, use the bow locker under the seat, coil the rode down into the locker first, then place the anchor on top of the coil.
